NIPPU takes its name from the Finnish word for a bound sheaf — a bundle of separate strands gathered and tied into one. That's exactly what a NIPPU basket is: many market assets, bound into a single, legible whole.
Most tools for grouping assets ask you to trust a black box: numbers appear, allocations shift, and you can't quite see how value moves. NIPPU is built on the opposite instinct — that a basket should be completely legible.
You see every strand, its weight, and exactly where it sits in the bundle. Weights always resolve to a clean 100%. And the interface uses one consistent visual language, borrowed from a bundle of ribbons: strands gather from the left, bind together in the middle, and resolve into proportional outputs on the right.
Just as importantly, NIPPU never fabricates a number. If a price, a purchase, or a distribution requires a source that isn't connected, the app says so plainly instead of inventing one.
